Lydia has a 2:1 Hons Degree in Business & Entrepreneurship and founded a niche career management agency which operates nationwide and to date has supported 2,000+ clients over 10 years’.

February 2016 Author Workshop at the Potential Plus UK BIG Family Weekend in Peterborough, UK
Am I Autistic? A Guide to Autism & Asperger’s Self-Diagnosis for Adults Author Lydia Andal attended the Potential Plus UK Annual Family Event to deliver a group workshop from personal experience. ‘Autism from Childhood to Adulthood’ was a a 90 minute workshop designed to help the audience of parents/carers of high potential/gifted children develop a better understanding of this complicated journey from the view of an autistic adult.
